What an amazing week in Tzoumerka, a small heaven on earth. The stay at the Baldeneige made everything so easy,pleasant, and peaceful that no words can describe. We felt instantly welcomed from Alexandros and his wife Zoi. The breakfast was delicious,home cooked. The room where the breakfast was served had a big fireplace and made the whole place look so cosy and warm. Every morning, Alexandros gave us tips of places and villages worth visiting,we saw practically the whole region and managed even to hike again after almost 3 years since welcoming our daughter.! We felt almost at home, and our 2 year old had fun socialising. The room and the whole hotel was super clean, the room was spacious enough for our daughter to play and warm enough in the cold nichts. Everything was perfect. Returned back to our Base Athens with a heart full of love, a mind full of peacefulness and lungs full of fresh air. Planning on going back next year already!!!

Dimitria is a rare hostess: warm and pampering hospitality in every aspect. She took care of a rich and nutritious breakfast, baked fresh gluten-free pastry every morning (my husband has celiac disease), a variety of vegetables and cheeses, homemade jams and provided us with a box of cherry tomatoes from her garden in the mornings. Very nice family run the small property with some rooms and a great taverna right in the center of this exceptionally beautyful village . Simple but spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. The taverna in the same building serves fantastic food - greek home made cuisine at its best! So we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before our hike and perfect dinner afterwards. The wonderful owners family gave us a feeling of home, as if we would visit relatives!

A beautiful peace of heaven surrounded by mountains and lots of green clean and delicious food. We felt at home thanks to Eva and her wonderful family who took care of all our needs.
