The sunrise from the dock are so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is amazing, Gerson is super friendly. If you can don't miss the opportunity to come here, IMHO.

The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty, and on the top of that it was not the same every single day!

Everyday we had a new menu for breakfast. The bed and pillow were comfy to sleep on. Good wifi. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

It comes with a free standing tub from where you have a really nice view over the lake and the volcano on the opposite lake side!

The host was very kind and polite, and recommended very well priced food, transportation and tour options. The host was also accommodating in allowing the guest to leave luggage in the apartment before and after check in and check out times.

He connected us with his cousin who gave us a great rate for the drive from Guatemala City straight to the property. There’s amazing street vendors for food literally every street you walk down, it’s right by the Mirador, a 5 minute walk to all the best parts of the city and 10 minutes walking to the lake. The view from the roof is beautiful. The property itself was really clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfy. I honestly can’t say enough. We loved our stay here.
