The apartment was clean, modern, and furnished with a contemporary design. The pictures are accurate. I enjoyed the location, close to the old town but not crowded—easy to get to all attractions. The WiFi was reliable and fast. The lighting was nice, the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space for clothes and personal items. The brand-new air conditioner worked well. Check-in was easy, and communication was smooth. The host was very considerate and super helpful. What I really appreciated was that every detail was carefully thought out and designed to ensure an enjoyable stay. I felt very well looked after. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I booked very last minute and despite this everything was stress-free and my room was already prepared and waiting. I didn’t realize just how nice the room and rest of property would be. It was so welcoming and made you feel instantly relaxed. I have stayed in a lot of places and this is definitely one of the most wonderful I’ve ever stayed in. You can be a 5* resort or hotel without any soul, or you can be a small, intimate accomodation with 5* soul and feel. After staying in different places the days before, this was such a welcome oasis. The room instantly puts you at ease and makes you want to spend time in it, instead of just dropping your stuff and running out the door. It’s a room you want to go back to, not avoid. Everything you need is there and the decor is so thoughtful and puts you at ease. There is everything from Nespresso machine including capsules, sweet little stylish fridge, full-length mirror, plenty of hangers, glasses, cutlery, cups, plates, very good wifi, excellent shower and ionic hairdryer which I was truly grateful for, good quality shower gel, hand cleanser, hand balm, excellent towels and beach towels, plenty of electrical outlets and very good and cozy lighting. There are also a couple of nice bikes to borrow, if available, which I really enjoyed riding through town and to the beach. There is also a guest bathroom and shower in the lounge area, in case you want to take a swim after checking out. The location if excellent because it is literally just a 3 minute walk from the ferry port and close to mamy stores, café’s, bars and restaurants. Nothing is too far because everwhere you look is beautiful, so walking or biking is a pleasure. They have thought of everything and I couldn’t be more happy or satisfied with my choice. If I could have extended my stay I would have, and already look forward to staying there again.❤️

The location in the center of Sinj is accessible and allows parking nearby. The host is super friendly and the apartment has everything a guest could want from coffee, cocoa, fresh towels, soap, fragrances... we were very satisfied with one of the best experiences on our way to southern Dalmatia.

Through my entire 10 days across Croatia this was the perfect apartment. Starting with the host, Marin is the most helpful guy and always a text away. He even left us a champagne as it was my husband's birthday. He even helped me with cake. Infact after checkout he kept our luggage for a couple of hours even after checkout without any stress. Coming to the apartment, Location: I dont think there's a better location in split. It is right in the middle of things. The port is just 7-8 mins walk. Riva is just 4 mins walk. All amazing clubs and eating places are also 4-5 mins walk. And yet there is absolutely no noise if you close all the windows. We were surprised by how sound proof it was. Cleanliness: Squeaky clean. Its freshly renovated so everything is absolutely fresh. Balcony: the huge balcony has direct sunlight through the day. Absolutely perfect to chill. Also there is a back garden which Marin has made into this beautiful hangout place with tables and lamps and flowers. It is just perfect. And its overlooking the main street. In the night its very beautiful with the little lamps. Comfort: the bed was soooooo comfy and big. Not very bouncy which was great. The room was particularly large in size which was great for longer stays. The kitchenette area was also huge and hence very convenient. Washroom: very large and clean. It had toiletries which most apartments dont have. It also had dryer and towels and footmats. All in all nothing more to ask. It was slightly outside our budget but I'm so glad we went for it. It was truly worth it and more.

But if square meters doesn't matter - it's good choice. Perfectly clean and with a lot of small good details, such as cozy light at balcony, nice cups for coffie and tea, good choice of coffie, hooks in the bathroom. I mean everything doesn't matter so much but in general it gives very nice impression.
