Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Staff were super helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was perfect for an afternoon snooze.

It is small but has everything to make a comfortable stay. The host is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We spent 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

But if square meters doesn't matter - it's good choice. Perfectly clean and with a lot of small good details, such as cozy light at balcony, nice cups for coffie and tea, good choice of coffie, hooks in the bathroom. I mean everything doesn't matter so much but in general it gives very nice impression.

We found the apartment to be a delightful retreat. The space was impeccably clean, comfortable, and furnished with all the amenities one might need for a convenient and relaxing stay. The host (Linda) distinguished themselves with thoughtful touches, such as the provision of special treats that added a personal and welcoming touch to our experience. One of the apartment’s highlights was the balcony, equipped with comfortable seating—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. However, it is worth noting that the view primarily consisted of adjacent apartment blocks, which might not appeal to those seeking scenic vistas. The location of the apartment block, while not the most aesthetically pleasing, did not detract from our overall sense of security. We felt safe throughout our stay and appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood at night, ensuring restful sleep. In summary, despite some minor drawbacks related to the area and external appearance, the apartment itself and the attentiveness of the host made our stay enjoyable. The convenience of the location and the comfort provided make this a solid choice for travelers.
