I had made a special request that was accommodated and successful. After looking at other resorts in Bintan during my visit I felt Trikora Beach Club and Resort was definitely the best choice. The location was excellent, the access to private beach was beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

It was clean and quiet and had all amenities needed, also cooking facilities which we never used. It had no reception but it worked perfect with having contact with the team, Mary, Maica and Yani, via Whatsup. They were very helpful and took often contact and asked if we needed any help.

The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

I don't know for what reason. but as long as you don't bring work with u.. time runs slow which is miraculous for me. I'm a very busy person and my head is always thinking. i decided to leave laptop behind and this place is like a total rest. tried all the activities that I can book.. atv here is the best experience.. mangrove watching and blue lake are unique places as well.. worth to go coz these are only found in bintan... the service team here are superb.. great service.. they call themselves "friends" not workers or colleagues.. they are very good, attentive and really friendly atmosphere. Internet is available as well don't worry..
