We loved our stay here and would highly recommend, a short 20-minute scooter into central ubud which was nice to be on the outskirts of Ubud. Best thing is the location for sure, only 1-2 min walk to the busy street with many cafes and clothing stores.

Good location to visit Ubud and its surrounding temples, waterfalls and rice terraces, smily family, cosy clean house, delicious breakfast, super comfortable beds, and even hot water sometimes... What else ?! Our best home stay ever !

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. An angel of a woman and her family run this Homestay and it truly makes the experience that much more special! Decided to change rooms 2 days into our stay as we quickly realized we couldn’t cope without AC however we were given a great price to upgrade! The AC room was brilliant, spacious enough for 2 with a large bathroom and kept very clean. They have the sweetest little pup that you just have to love. Organized us a bike within minutes again at a great price. 1000% would recommend and would stay again, yes it’s abit out the way but honestly I think we had a better experience not staying directly in the centre.

It was nice that the kind manager divided it by e-mail even before arrival. I was so satisfied with the room. The swimming pool was so good, and it was so good that you carefully made floating breakfast, and the soft towels and cozy scent were also good. Most surprising was that I took a filter shower from Korea due to the water quality problem in Bali, and I was surprised that it didn't change here until the day the filter went as it was after using it for a while at the hotel where I stayed on Kuta on the arrival day. I also told the manager this. Remember? ^^ The room I stayed in had a lot of stairs, so it was a little difficult to go up and down;; Everything was good except that. The manager who took good care of me to see if there was any inconvenience during my stay. Thank you again to Eka ^^ I will visit again!!

This was the most welcoming place we've been in Bali. This hotel is run by a family, and they were all super friendly and helpful since the beginning. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful with everything one could need. The swimming pool overlooking the rice field is amazing, and it gives a super chill and relaxed vibe. Breakfast was also great. I can't recommend this place enough! Hope to see you in Portugal! :)

Boasting a garden, Saren Kauh Ubud Palaceॐ is a recently renovated guest house set in a historic building in the centre of Ubud, close to Ubud Palace. Among the facilities at this property are full-day security and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house has family rooms. I have thought about keeping it quiet and this gem to all myself but that would not be fair to the people and staff behind this place. The place is at the heart of Ubud and very convenient to many attractions. It is part of the Ubud royal family residence. Some areas of the palace are open to the public but the accommodation is only accessible for guests. To access, you must pass thru the public area. Once you enter into the guest zone, it is very serene and quiet especially in the mornings. And the preserved architectural elements of the guest rooms is stunning. The rooms inside are clean and cozy. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. There is limited selection of breakfast and food catering ala cafe style which you would need to order in advance. All in all, this is a wonderful and one of the best experience I ever had. And I would definitely come back.
