This is the biggest surprise of my Indonesia trip! This place located in a small town near Malang. It runs by a family and Mrs. Mary took 2 of her independent rooms as hotel. There is super nice mountain view and the whole atmosphere is sooo chill. The room is quite big. The host even gave us some passion fruits and papaya grown from their farm. It is not far from Mt. Bromo and Tumpak Sewu - both takes 1.5h to drive there. There are hardly any tourists in this small town and when we were walking to a restaurant, the people were so curious and greeting us friendly, the kids on the street waved to us and say hello. It was such an amazing experience! The sunset of with rice field view in the small town is also really really beautiful. There is also a good and modern restaurant 20 min walk from our stay and it is designed to see the sunset with a big balcony, the food is very nice too

Perfect base camp before the Bromo ! Budi was very helpful and we relaxed here before and after our night on the volcano. We higly recommand it !

Clean and great waves

يتميز مكان إقامة "Mocca Guest House" بحديقة، وصالة مشتركة، وتراس، وواي فاي مجاني ويقع في بانيووانجى على بُعد 16 كم من واتو دودول. The best guesthouse! The owners make you feel like you are at home and you will have new family for the rest of your life. The always help you with everything and will give you extra food. Room is very good: nice bed, very good AC and also enough space. They arrange your to Mount Ijen for the best price and the experience is very good. I will definitely recommend this guesthouse, it’s amazing!

يقع مكان إقامة "Juda Homestay" على بُعد 21 كم من واتو دودول، ويوفر دراجات هوائية مجانية وحديقة ومكتب استقبال يعمل على مدار الساعة لراحة الضيوف. We loved our stay here. The place was near the train station ( via gojek but walking will take 20 mins walk according to google) The place is lovely and surrounded by green plants so it feels more relax and refreshing. The owner was accommodating and ensured we were settled well and also informed us things around banyuwangi. We booked the tour with him (375k) and we were satisfied with the tour and the bike rental was cheap too compare to renting outside (no need to leave the passport as collateral) We loved our room and we have balcony. Though the room needs a little improvement like better lighting and the bathroom. (Note that the bathroom is super spacious which we loved also) In general this accommodation is way better than what we have in other places in Indonesia. Wifi is faster🫰🏾🫰🏾♥️

So lucky to stay here for ijen tour! They provide not only tour but also other services like taxi etc. The owner arranged everything for me when I visited Banyuwangi, thanks a lot! And they served incredible delicious breakfast everyday with different kinds.

Big kitchen and dining space, big rooms with private bathrooms, family vibes, and surfboard and scooter rental. I spent a week here and surfed almost every day. Maybe you can go out with Harry! Near the beach so you can surf a couple times a day if you’d like! P.S. thank you to Nor who cleans the rooms every day

يقع مكان إقامة "Mi Casa - The gem of Ijen" في بانيووانجى، على بعد 31 كم من واتو دودول، ويتميز بمسبح خارجي ومواقف خاصة للسيارات مجاناً وحديقة وصالة مشتركة. Marc and Ericka could not have been more welcoming, they were fabulous. They replied promptly to questions and helped arrange everything with our Ijen trip, including health certificates. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was really tasty and great quality. Outdoor environment is beautiful. Beds were super comfy and lovely finishes to the rooms. It is all honestly comparable to a hotel-except with the added bonus of amazing hosts!
