Very clean, the smell of the house was immaculate. The staff were very polite,friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Lena and Ana for helping us arrange our transportation going to Malang and our trip to Bromo. They even checked of we reached the terminal when we left. They treat you as family rather than guests.

Banana Homestay ligger 2,9 km fra Pantai Boom Strand og tilbyder indkvartering med en have, en terrasse og et fælles køkken. Staying at Banana Homestay was a great decision! We arrived at around 3am in the morning, but the check-in was super smooth because Fryda contacted me before and thoroughly explained everything to me. The room was quite small but cozy and had everything we needed. Fryda also helped us book the Mt. Ijen tour, she was very helpful and kind. One of the best things about staying here was definitely the breakfast! Delicious tea with a sandwich, a plate of fruit, and always some fresh pastry! The doughnuts were the BEST doughnuts we've ever had, honestly! On our last day, the lady cook was kind enough to make doughnuts for us again after she realized how much we liked them. Place is super nice and cozy. There isn't any hot water but that wasn't a problem given how hot it was. I definitely recommend staying here, there was nothing we didn't like! Plus, the kitties there are super cute as well~Thanks for having us (:

Mi Casa - The gem of Ijen ligger i Banyuwangi, 31 km fra Watu Dodol, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis privat parkering. Wow. Everything was truly magical. The name is correct— it IS a gem!!! The moment we arrived Erika warmly greeted us with a fresh dragon fruit juice. The room is SO luxurious, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, ever. The gardens are lush, the river is clean and the area is so spiritual and relaxing. We spent so much time at the pool swimming, reading, meditating. The owners are so lovely. Marc taught us many things about Java and about life. We appreciated his conversations. Happy to call them friends. Special shout out to young Rico!!! The chef of the house!! Amazing home cooked meals, the best we’ve had in our trip through Indonesia. Thank you Rico you smashed it and you have a great future ahead.
