The homestay is very nice and comfortable, big rooms with ac and big shared area with beautiful view. Nayla and the other girls working are lovely. Nayla helped us so much, gave us lots of useful information to move around Sumba. We were gonna stay for one night and we ended yo staying 4. Also food is very good, definitely recommend it!

Located along the private Purukambera Beach, Cemara Beachfront Suite offers free parking facilities and rooms with ocean views. The staff at Cemara were incredible. They greeted us with juice and farewelled us with bracelets. They were helpful with any questions, and provided us with a scooter, snorkel and yoga mat upon request. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind - they went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and great swimming at high tide. Snorkelling was only 50m out from the shore and there is a cool waterfall was about 45 minutes (by scooter) down the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was well priced and we had a decent breakfast. There was always complimentary bottled water! Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay at Cemara.
