A lovely family who actually live in the house next door. The heating was left on longer and firewood was supplied to keep us warm. It was a cold week, we were so glad we were looked after. This is a spacious family property with a very big outdoor space. Ideal for a young family. I totally recommend this property in the tranquille irish countryside.

It exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff member who looked after us was extremely welcoming and helpful. The finishing throughout the hotel were impeccable and every room was immaculate. The king sized bed in our room was literally the most comfortable I have ever slept in! I had to ask the brand of the linens because they were THAT comfortable. Very spacious bathroom. We left the guest house and immediately recommended it to everyone we saw the following day 🙂

The bed was super big and comfortable. Loved having the breakfast provisions too. Location is just off the Main Street but very quiet. Adare is a lovely wee town and we enjoyed the friendly pubs!

Located in the village of Adare, 19 km from Limerick, Adare Country House features a garden, terrace and shared lounge with TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and free private parking is also provided. Our stay was so charming its hard to describe. It was our first night in Ireland and Adare Country House was like staying with family, It was so quaint and friendly, welcoming, warm, so traditional too. The owners Dennis and Elaine (I think) were the cutest Irish couple you could hope to imagine, we even took photos with them. The breakfast was hand cooked and huge variety. I didn't want to leave. Beds in room so comfortable, everything clean and fresh with old school charm. This is a fabulous stop on the way between Dublin and the Ring of Kerry. Lots of parking and a block from the local Adare main road and the restaurants and pubs. A cute historical village, we LOVED it xo

Ballycannon Lodge Hotel is situated in Croagh village, off the main Limerick to Killarney Road (N21) in Croagh Co. Limerick and is just a few minutes from Adare village making it an ideal tourist base for exploring the West of Ireland and the Shannon region. The owner Mary was were welcoming as soon as we arrived & allow us a slightly early check in. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable & clean. There was no pressure to check out in the morning & Mary personally brought us to their lovely restaurant in the garden centre for breakfast. This was delicious & staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend Ballycannon Lodge & will definitely be our go to place to book if staying in Adare again.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking villa has a hot tub. It was a great spot, great facilities and such welcomign people around the area. The breakfast we were able to order in from the cafe next door. The kegs were delivered and set up by the pub next door. Overall a great experience! Thank you
