Fabulous experience in a beautiful place. You feel as if you are really experiencing Ireland, and so worth the trip to what feels like the edge of the world. An amazing larder of provisions for do-it-yourself breakfast. Wonderful.

Centrally located on Strand Street by the waterfront, Murphys is a family run Pub, Restaurant and Bed & Breakfast. The Pub serves food daily from 12noon, live traditional music & ballads can be enjoyed nightly during the Summer months. I like a lot of things in this b&b. The room is very clean. A few mirrors in the room to accommodate several people dressing up at the same time. A selection of hot delicious breakfast made to order and a small buffet bar of pastry and juices. I had a booking changes and they were very helpful with making the change with booking.com. During the stay, all the staff were very friendly and kind. Convenient parking at the back of the b&b and the location is great. I also managed to have a good sleep during my stay and would stay here again.

We are located at V93 XY01 on a country road with no footpath or lighting. Use of a car or taxi is advisable. Guests can enjoy freshly baked pastries, full Irish breakfasts, and award-winning porridge. We had a spacious and elegantly furnished room with large well appointed bathroom including bath and shower, both room and bathroom were spotless. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and we were able to arrange a slightly earlier check in which was very helpful for us. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and has ample parking. Breakfast was fantastic a great variety offered including vegetarian options and delicious porridge! Would highly recommend and certainly stay again next time in Ireland

Despite being so close to the town centre, the house also enjoys the serenity and beauty of the nearby National Park and lakes, making it an ideal base for hill walking in County Kerry and the south west region. Fantastic stay. The lodge is immaculate. Clean, comfortable, accessible, and homely. Staff were more than friendly. Breakfast in the morning was done very well and made for a great start to the day.
