The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

We liked the big rooms and good ac. Jack was very nice and helped with everything we needed like laundry service. It is close to the beach and other restaurants. I would go here again next time.

He always asks whether everything is comfortable and clean. Property is secured. I can again visit because of the owner. Property is very near to Arambol Beach. I'm from tamilnadu. I can easily manage here. We can see the sea from the balcony. Everything is good here. Filter water available. Small kitchen and fridge also available. Water heater kettle smart tv also available.

Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. I liked everything about my stay at Hermitage Riviera. The apartment provided to us was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed for me and my family. It was very well maintained. The pool view was excellent. The swimming pool area was such an awesome place to relax. Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property. Since I liked it so much I booked the same apartment as I did during my previous vacations to North Goa. Very serene environment and no parking issues. The host Shreya was always available over a call whenever I needed to ask anything. Overall, the apartment is superb and I definitely recommend this to all who want to have a comfortable stay.
