In short, the perfect spot to recharge before diving back into colorful, bustling India. P.S. Asfal also helped us with the next leg of our trip. He arranged a taxi driver to take us to the Alleppey, and along the way shared lots about the history of Kerala and India, tea plantations, and Hinduism. We made several stops and got to try local sweets – highly recommended!

I recommend to consult with the family order food online and eat food in the house. Also dont forget to ask for fresh fruitjuices. The fruit juice only are enough reason to visit that place. Located in Munroe Island, 49 km from Chengannur Railway Station, Vrindavan homestay provides air-conditioned rooms and a garden. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The homestay features family rooms. The staff was very helping, both when we arrived Munroe Island late at night, but also when we wanted to go for activities during the day. They were available on the phone throughout the whole day, and answered all the questions we had. We even got to borrow their scooter, to discover other villages nearby! The power went out during the day, and they changed our rooms to a new one with power, without us even asking. Very good service, and friendly people:)
