Good Indian vegetarian home food for dinner , non-spicy. This needs to be ordered extra but was the best place we ate at a very reasonable price. 10 minutes walking distance to the Taj entrance gate. spotlessly clean by European standards. Friendly staff available all the time. I cannot think of a better place to stay.!

The homecooked dinner and breakfast was delicious. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfy. Overall, we would liked to stay there longer.

Amit ji is an excellent host, he sent us many recommendations for places in Varanasi. His home was very comfortable and most importantly, very clean...probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed in all of India. The bed was comfortable and the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay.The home also had a well-equipped kitchen with filtered water and anything we needed to make tea or to make something to eat. Amit ji is very nice and is always there to help with anything you might need. We enjoyed our stay at his home. The only small point is that the bedroom is next to the main road so there is some noise from the cars during the day but it's fine at night. We wish we had known about his home earlier because we would have wished to stay there longer. We will definitely stay at his home when we go back to Varanasi!

Very relaxing and quiet considering how close it is to the busy street! A little sanctuary. Loved the outdoor seating area and garden. Nice big rooms, good facilities, hot water, cute monkeys, nice staff, and comfortable :)
