The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable, featured plenty of windows to enjoy the stunning view of the lake in front and the mountain in the back. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, there is even a laundry machine. The location is perfect, right next to Dimmuburgir, Hverir, the cave and of course the lake which benefited us with a beautiful sunset from the kitchen. It wasn't so cheap but worth the money.

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. Four bedrooms with public living room and kitchen. Nice place for multiple groups. Self-serviced breakfast is included. We had two great night's here.

The attention to detail is impressive, you will be amazed with everything the hosts have hand crafted. It was without a doubt one of the best experiences we’ve had in Iceland and my brother even said it has been the best accommodation he’s ever stayed in (and he travels a lot!). The communication was very good and clear.

Eldá Guesthouse is located in Reykjahlíð, just a few minutes on foot from Lake Myvatn. There is a golf course 750 metres from the property. Each room includes a work desk, a wash basin and free WiFi. Very clean, great shared kitchen, bedroom large and comfortable. The staff is amazing especially Monika who helped me pay a parking fine. She went above and beyond being helpful. A really lovely person that helped me and made my stay so nice.

Situated by Lake Mývatn, this guest house offers basic rooms with shared facilities. The Mývatn Nature Baths is a 10-minute drive away. Spacious clean room. Excellent location where it is convenient to go to explore all the surroundings of Mivathn lake. On the day of arrival an accident occurred on the pipeline and for several hours the water disappeared but the owners promptly brought drinking water and were ready to help in every possible way. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking, as well as a refrigerator for storing food. A huge plus can be considered the presence of a coffee maker for which the owners provided filters. Comfortable beds

Set on a farm next to Lake Mývatn, this guest house offers self-catering rooms and cottages with free WiFi and nature views. The geothermally heated Mývatn Nature Baths are a 10-minute drive away. Check-in was easy - keys and extra information were waiting for us at reception when we arrived. We were upgraded to a cottage which has everything needed for a great stay. Views from the cottage were beautiful, the location is just across the road from the lava fields. Hosts helped us book tickets for a discount. Great experience overall!
