Residenza Santa Cecilia ligger kun 5 minutters gang fra sandstrandene i San Vincenzo og har opvarmet indendørs pool, boblebad og solterrasse med liggestole. The apartment was spacious, the terace was huge, beds comfortable. We had everything we needed and more, even Netflix on their TVs. The best part was the swimming pool area with a jacuzzi and the very friendly staff. Everything was chill and we could really relax. Recommend.

Functional kitchen, reasonable internet, air conditioning if needed, also a fan. Centrally located, third floor walkup but with excellent safe stairs, two small balconies, Nespresso machine and microwave.

Seems freshly renovated, comfortable bed, lovely furnishings, very spacious and has everything you need. Super clean and tidy. The WiFi and AC work well. Easy check-in and check-out was also great, and it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the train station, which is fantastic. Hosts are also very kind and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was very good, and the owner was accommodating and nice. I particularly liked the location - it's conveniently located close to the train station in Viareggio, which is perfect for exploring and travelling around the region. The beach and the promenade were close as well with many shops and supermarkets around.
