His apartment is on the first floor and is just located in the area near restaurants with outdoor seating. His apartment is surprisingly huge, an overnight stay is too short. There is a washing machine that is accessible for use. It has many paintings made by his wife which are hanging on the wall that are actually stunning. I highly recommend his place when staying in civitavecchia. Paolo is an amazing host! Thank you Paolo!

The place was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing -- large, double sinks, double shower (that drained properly and did not leak!) with plenty of hot water and water pressure, and even a washing machine. The kitchen had everything you could need for preparing a meal "at home," including a gift basket with pasta, sauce, and snacks thoughtfully provided by the host. The living area was spacious and comfortable, TV had streaming services. The building was secure and had a recently renovated and beautifully decorated entrance/stairs. Entrance to the apartment/check-in was easy and remote, with accurate info provided by the host in advance. Our query to the host was promptly and kindly answered via WhatsApp. There is absolutely nothing we can complain about and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!
