The check in instructions were very easy and the property owner was very communicative and friendly. The place was really nice, cozy and clean and also updated with modern and charming decor.

We wanted to experience being in a residential neighborhood, that’s why we chose this spacious, charming, super clean one bedroom apartment. But not only that, I read reviews of how kind Paolo was to past guests and how helpful he was to his guests. We experienced firsthand Paolo’s incredible hospitality! He was extremely helpful and very easy to contact. Without his help we would not have had a wonderful experience. In the morning, I opened our bedroom window and saw people walking and going on with their lives, exactly what I wanted to see! I would definitely stay here again!

Angela was super sweet and welcoming, helped us with recommendations on anything we asked and was flexible with both check-in and out! There was even a little welcome basket with goodies for us and water in the fridge plus spare pillows! The room felt very luxurious and it even has a washing machine which was very convenient. Close to the harbour where you could go for a quick dip or a boat tour. Parking permit and ZTL permit was included which was very convenient. 10/10!
