I liked prety much everything and the host the most. Luca is amazingly welcoming and helpful, and I dare to say- the most valuable asset of this property. He has a van and he is ready to get up really early to take you to the airport for the early morning flights.

We wanted to experience being in a residential neighborhood, that’s why we chose this spacious, charming, super clean one bedroom apartment. But not only that, I read reviews of how kind Paolo was to past guests and how helpful he was to his guests. We experienced firsthand Paolo’s incredible hospitality! He was extremely helpful and very easy to contact. Without his help we would not have had a wonderful experience. In the morning, I opened our bedroom window and saw people walking and going on with their lives, exactly what I wanted to see! I would definitely stay here again!

The hospitality offered by Piero is exceptional, who goes out of his way, literally, to make sure you have a great time. Fiumicino is overlooked as being simply the airport, but it is a delightful seaside town with a lovely promenade, bustling fishing port, great restaurants, and above all such friendly and helpful people. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The accommodation is great, it's quiet, comfortable, and I felt very much at home. Thank you Piero! I'll be back!

Definitely recommend!
