Also, you have a 10 minutes walk to the train station and to the very beautiful harbor. The flat is very spacious, clean and the mattresses were very confortable. The owner was kind enough to share recommendations for local transport and places to visit and also gave us free coffee and a bottle of water. The flat was a great choice and provides the very best value for money.

Erika and her father were exceptionally kind and helpful, giving us great local tips, helping with our luggage, and even preparing a special surprise for our honeymoon. We would 100% stay here again – highly recommended!

Set in La Spezia, 4.1 km from Castello San Giorgio, Casa Maluna features rooms with garden views and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. First of all, Giorgio and his wife are the sweetest. They welcomed us warmly and gave us information about what to do in the area. On a rainy day, they even offered to take us to a place nearby and pick us up if we needed it. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything but a kitchen (but there was a mini fridge that we could use). We were allowed to use the washing machine and the coffee machine, which were real life savers. The apartment is also really close to La Spezia Migliarina (train station), which is one stop away from La Spezia Centrale. If you are planning on going to Cinque Terre by train, taking the train from Migliarina is a luxury, since you will avoid the crowds at Centrale this way. All in all, staying at Casa Maluna was a real pleasure and, if given the chance, I would 100% book the apartment again. Totally recommended!

Awesome property! We stayed here before hiking though the famous 5 towns near by. It was much more affordable and I was stoked about the accommodation when we arrived. Clean, cozy, and filled with extra personal touches. Would stay again!
