Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The location is great, very close to train station, the owner is very friendly, gave me recommendations about the restaurant. Room is clean and nice, the bed is comfortable, I like everything.

The apartment is in an aristocratic building. Zara store is located in the same building as well. The apartment is better than the pictures, luxurious traditional equipment. Great location, 15mins or so to the train or port. Centro storico was also only a few blocks away. The place was so spacious and comfortable. Cute little balcony with a table and couple of chairs, makes it nice for morning coffees. Washer was a plus as well. Excellent communication with the host Hong, we had a couple issues and he was able to get it fixed right away. Would definitely love to stay again! Thanks!

Erika and her father were very attentive and picked us up from the train station and helped us with our luggage. Her father also helped us with our luggage again to the train station when we were leaving Riomaggiore. I highly recommend this place ❤️.
