There was aircon and heating. It was very quiet. The bathroom was also a great size and had a great shower. There was free street parking outside on the street. It was spotless and very modern. The restaurants and old town are very close by and there are lots of nice cafes and bakeries almost next door, for breakfast. Recommend for a great stay.

Communication was very smooth. We were sent a link for directions too which really helped.
