There's a helpful small guide 8.5 x11 with suggestions on restaurants and neighborhood places that are of interest. Well, suffice to say all was better than well, Caterina was exceptional in the quick and helpful replies. She set up an almost last-minute decision on my part taxi ride to train station on the last day in Florence. The apartment and it's building, is spotlessly clean, brightly illuminated. There's a courtyard where you can sit, relax, read, and have a gelato. The accommodations are excellent. Location excellent, many small shops, restaurants, pasticceria, grocery mini-markets very nearby. I could not figure out the bus stops, where and what times, but that's my lack of knowledge on city environments. Florence is , in my now partially experienced opinion, what you read about it in travel information books. One and only one suggestion. The TV, no reception without having your own active Netflix, YouTube streaming service. Happy and Safe travels.
