We booked this accommodation at short notice, we arrived in a thunderstorm with touring bikes. booking.com had screwed up where we were supposed to be staying and did the same thing here. Thankfully the host was absolutely brilliant. He opened up extra facilities for us that fully met our requirements. He let us store our bikes securely and he is a genuinely nice, humerous friendly person. In the morning he made sure that our bikes were readily available for us and wished us well for our onward journey. Things could have gone much worse, thanks to the poor systems of booking.com, thankfully there are nice, helpful people, like our host, who seem happy to help.

The location is amazing. There is a caffe across the street offering a nice breakfast, and there are a lot of parking spots close to the accomodation. The host was helpful and clear with the instructions. But honestly, the view is all the money😍

Alessandro was amazing--helpful, kind, resourceful. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed Viterbo immensely. Every night, Allesandro had a fabulous restaurant he recommended for us. He also figured out that we could go by bus to Bagnaio and visit Villa Lante since we were traveling by train and had no car. The work Allesandro has done in designing this B&B is lovely and innovative--great attention to detail and comfort and good quality fixtures. The apartment was light filled, quiet, roomy and modern and just a few steps from the historical center and great restaurants. Fabulous cappacino and beautiful fresh croissants along with a multitude of other items were available for breakfast. Really a perfect stay! We were looking forward to the rest of our trip more than Viterbo but this ended up being the highlight.
