The large room with full kitchen. Serena went out of her way to help me get a pair of pants hemmed. Very responsive to questions and made excellent suggestions for travel to other sites. Very good value.

The terrace outside has incredible view over the olive trees. The furniture was built by the owner Andrea and his parents. All custom-made; carefully designed for best use. You can find everything thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location is just outside the wall but only 850m to the Basilica di Francesca on foot. This farmhouse is definitely a gem to stay if you come to Assisi. Most remarkably is the hospitality of Andrea, he is so kind to show us around and even came to pick us up knowing that the public bus was not available. Our group had travelled for a a few weeks before coming to Assisi and was a bit exhausted; we were very thankful that we had chosen to stay at that Apartment Cardinali. It definitely a nice place for couple or groups or even solo as the host has a few options of apartment for you to choose.

The facilities were excellent. The bed was as comfortable as could be. Few people seem to mention the comfort or the bed and the picture of a apartment reveal nothing, but a bad bed can ruin a vacation. Or host Giovanni was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, all we could wish for! We stayed there for a month and any issues we had we quickly addressed and corrected. I cant say enough about the place and the experience, but the fact that we are going back in a few months speaks for itself.

I really liked the artistic Italian style of the apartment, it had a lot of character and charm. The garden was absolutely beautiful, and having breakfast there in the morning was such a lovely experience. The bed in the room was also very comfortable, which made the stay even more relaxing. Bruno is the best host, is a truly charismatic and kind person, always helpful and full of great advice.

Set in a scenic little road, Casa Etrustca was the perfect place for anyone looking for a calm and cozy stay. Stefano was a super host, very easy to talk to and quite flexible with timings, and always making sure we were comfortable and recommending the best places to eat in town. Breakfast was incredible, with the best croissants and homemade tarts, fresh orange juice and coffee. Overall an incredible experience.

Upon arrival it was raining and I had an automobile. It is not easy to find your way around in a car, easy on foot, if you're not familiar in the town. I had to park somewhere and make it to the condo on foot. The host are waiting, very welcoming, super helpful, and then drove me around a path I would have never found to get my mom in the car. Then we followed them all the way around another way which I wouldn't have figured out easily to a parking area by the main Cathedral that was very close. The location was great, the place is fantastic, it smells amazing.

It's an idyllic setting and beautifully maintained, and brilliantly located to explore the area from.

It's our second time here and we hope we'll come again. The house is wonderful, located in the centre of the city. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast they offered was home made and tasty. Our hosts were very warm, polite and helpful. They have a lovely dog too!
