It is on the hill so if you don’t want to walk or don’t have a car be aware it’s a bit of a climb but it’s worth it for the view! The duvets and beds were really comfortable, AC was great and the place was absolutely spotless, very clean. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again!

It’s clean, neat and comfortable. They provided everything we need for our stay. Highly recommended to try their breakfast and dinner. The instructions of the cooking were very detailed. The Mt. Fuji view was stunning and beautiful.

Really appreciated the quiet ambience and comfortable lounge, with complimentary tea and drip coffee. Lots of manga and books to browse through, along with a thorough sightseeing and food map. Also a very cute variety of Ghibli decorations and memorabilia in the lounge area. Location is close to Takayama Eki but in the snow it was a bit hard to go to and from with a wheel suitcase. Any other weather and it is completely walkable.

The room is a bit outdated but to be honest is not a big problem. The meals were just fantastic, little to add here. High quality good, great amount, every dish was explained at its best. I would defined recommend a stay here!
