Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). It has a beautiful Japanese garden and a large living room, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our friendly mascot cat will welcome you! We stayed at a separate room which is not inside the main building. The room was spacious and had a private shower and bathroom. The main building of the guest house is very cosy and welcoming and the free dinner and breakfast are a great bonus. The washing machine and dryer were very fast and efficient.

Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay and I absolutely loved the sea views, the dinner and breakfast meals, the kind staff and overall the experience of a traditional Japanese ryokan, sleeping on the tatami floor etc. I stayed one night only but I was very pleased.

Nice colourful yukatas to select from and a hanten. Tasty traditional breakfast with an instruction on how to eat it. Comfortable bed in a classic room.

Situated within 30 km of Saikokuji Temple and 31 km of Senkoji Temple, Bed&Cafe Onzo オンゾー features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Onomichi. With free private parking, the property is 24 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine and 27 km from Saikon-ji Temple. Shinsho-ji Temple is 38 km away and Miroku no Sato is 39 km from the guest house. Cafe Onzo is small but comfortable and the host makes extra effort to give you a good stay. The cat is friendly. The location is very central in Setoda township so you can walk to ferries, the art gallery, the Kosanji shrine and hill of hope, and to local restaurants.

This villa features air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The property is non-smoking and is situated 35 km from Kuruson-zan Shuzen-ji Temple. Private, great views, nice rural feeling. This is an exceptional property for relaxing. We stayed 2 nights and had a great time.

It's a guest house with only 3 rooms, so it's quiet and private. Had very welcoming staff interactions and this is a great place to stay and explore the local islands from.

Jock is a wonderful host, very giving with his time and tips. Made us takoyaki, which was yum!!! Parents found the chairs a bit hard (used to a sofa :) ), but it was fine. Location was fine, ten mins to at least 2 supermarkets and maybe 15 mins to main train station - easy to walk.

Our best stay in Japan. Most traditional place I have been. Super super fliendly staff. Easy to get inside and able to order UberEats and eat in the hotel room. Very clean en a lot of natural light.
