The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. The staff was amazing, kind, and attentive. The view is great. We saw the deer from our window. Dinner and breakfast are amazing. The whole experience was great. Thank you so much. Pura vida!!

The hotel offers public and private hot baths and a free shuttle to/from Miyajima Ferry Terminal. Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lobby. Our room was spacious and very authentic Japanese while also being very comfortable. The view over the bay was amazing. The dining experience was unforgettable and our dietary requirements (vegetarian) were perfectly catered too. The private bath was also a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even by Japanese standards. Overall, we were sad that we only booked one night here.

Amazing service in a structure that think about you from the first to the last minute, from the transportation from/to the ferry terminal to the onsen introduction (should be ok for tattooed people too). Our room with Torii view was stunning, in japanese traditional style but with all necessary technologies and big tv. The dinner (all oysters) was good quality, but don't worry if you don't like them, they re gonna contact you and ask if you want to change with another menu. Perfectly clean, the position is a bit "up" the village but 2 minutes from the area to be visited, and no problem for arrival and departure, as mentioned. For the onsen they give you lovely yukata and all other accessories. The price is correct for this service.

Guests staying at this apartment have access to a patio. The property is 700 metres from the city centre and 700 metres from Myoei-ji Temple. The apartment was clean , comfortable and very well equipped. We particularly liked the beds (very comfortable) and the wet room. The landlord was exceptional - we received clear instructions on how to enter the property on the day and were able to leave our luggage on arrival. He also helped us find a good, local supermarket. We felt the price was very fair versus the range of facilities and the fact that you could fit up to 6 people in the apartment. The location was good versus the attractions. The only detractor (which was not an issue) was the view from the window. Overall a great find - thank you.

We actually kinda booked this apartment by accident, but we absolutely love the room. Everything is clean, spacious and just like the pictures. The ammenities provided were really complete, and loved the comfortable bed & pillows. Good communication and clear instructions from the host as well. Definitely recommended!

There’s a tram close by that takes you to the train station in just a few minutes. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded immediately whenever we had a question. Great value for money.
