Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Everything, it was an amazing stay. Miyajima was my favorite place in Japan and this guesthouse was incredible

Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. Food was excellent, lots of seafood. Sea-view room was very comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised how spacious they were, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The host was incredibly kind, he suggested the best places to eat and buy locally produced lemon pastries, and when we were leaving, he brought his cat, Tiger, and waved goodbye to us. As we were on a three-day bike trip and only had our small backpacks with us, we loved the fact that everything was provided: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, etc. In each room there were even a couple of bottles of water and everything for making tea and coffee. In the common spaces there was a microwave, guidebooks, manga books, and a wall full of Toso Maps of the Shimanami Kaido trail. We will definitely book Bed&Cafe Onzo again next time we bike the Shimanami Kaido!

So beautifully prepared and served. The hospitality is exceptional. We had bed warmers for the night and were sent on our way with hand warmers as the weather was cold.

Immaculate, clean & modern apartment within close proximity to shops, restaurants, Peace Park & Museum. Very secure with keyless entry. Kitchen facilities (including rice cooker) enabled us to cook & washing machine was handy too. Fast & free wifi. Host was very responsive & helpful with clear instructions on how to access the property. Best place we've stayed in Japan.

The room was very well laid out. Had everything we needed. A/c worked great. We were a family of four and had plenty room for all.

The beds were extremely comfortable (it felt like sleeping on a cloud). It had everything we needed and more. Loved the washing machine/dryer. Honestly I'd recommend this to everyone.
