Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). The place is so clean and cozy. The free brekky and dinner were great too

Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The staff was amazing, kind, and attentive. The view is great. We saw the deer from our window. Dinner and breakfast are amazing. The whole experience was great. Thank you so much. Pura vida!!

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Our room was spacious and very authentic Japanese while also being very comfortable. The view over the bay was amazing. The dining experience was unforgettable and our dietary requirements (vegetarian) were perfectly catered too. The private bath was also a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even by Japanese standards. Overall, we were sad that we only booked one night here.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. Amazing service in a structure that think about you from the first to the last minute, from the transportation from/to the ferry terminal to the onsen introduction (should be ok for tattooed people too). Our room with Torii view was stunning, in japanese traditional style but with all necessary technologies and big tv. The dinner (all oysters) was good quality, but don't worry if you don't like them, they re gonna contact you and ask if you want to change with another menu. Perfectly clean, the position is a bit "up" the village but 2 minutes from the area to be visited, and no problem for arrival and departure, as mentioned. For the onsen they give you lovely yukata and all other accessories. The price is correct for this service.

Very clean and spacious enough for 1 night during the Shimanami Kaido. Host was very friendly and also let us leave our bags while we enjoyed the town. Would stay again.

We felt so welcome and cozy during our stay! The room was comfortable, the food was delicious, and all around our stay was a wonderful experience.

This flat is not only really good value for money, it has a great location, amazing amenities and is really big for Japan! It would be really hard to think of anything better for this price point.

We actually kinda booked this apartment by accident, but we absolutely love the room. Everything is clean, spacious and just like the pictures. The ammenities provided were really complete, and loved the comfortable bed & pillows. Good communication and clear instructions from the host as well. Definitely recommended!

It’s just on the outskirts of the Hondori covered shopping mall and entertainment district, so it’s quiet. The electric streetcar and subway stations are a short walk away. The Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Dome are also an easy walk away. Would definitely recommend this property for a couple, family or two couples. It does sleep 6ppl and there are amenities to cater for 6 ppl. The wet area (shower/bath) was exceptional and also doubles as a clothes drying room - so we were able to wash and dry our clothes with ease. Communication with the host was excellent! The instructions were clear and timely. If we were to ever visit this amazing city again, we would stay here again.
