He runs an English language school in his house and you can also book private lessons with him. There is also the option of an authentic British breakfast in the morning for a reasonable price. The house is perfect for a weekend getaway to escape the stresses of everyday life and relax. It is also the perfect option for a romantic weekend by the ocean.

This was a very nice stay and affordable. The host was very kind and understands English, I said I would arrive around 9pm, but I unfortunately got delayed and didn't arrive till closer to 10pm. I'm very grateful that I was able to check in with no problems. The room was very spacious! A lot more spacious than I initially believed. There is also an air conditioner and surprisingly a TV in the room corner, though the TV seemed unusable and merely decoration haha. It was nice to have a private bathroom as well as provided towels. I will definitely try to stay here again when I visit my friends in Tsukuba!

The owner was super accommodating and the community seemed tight knit and close. There are card games and although in Japanese there is Uno and ludo on the switch. It's surrounded by lush green mountain ranges and a river/rivers around town. The people were amazing and extremely accommodating. There's an amazing cafe/restaurant , bar and you can write on the window. You basically leave a little piece of you on the hotel window.
