The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. Only some rooms include a balcony, tatami floors, and free toiletries. Beautiful ryokan with a private onsen. Perfect location. We had beautiful room with everything we needed and with a beautiful view. The staff was very kind and helpful. I wanted especially thank to the guy that carried our (heavy) suitcases and then called the “car romance” and rescheduled our train. :-) Happy New Year, team !

Very close to the pirate cruise or ropeway to see Mt Fuji. If you can book ahead, you'll get a great price and value. I felt so relaxed using this hotel.

All staff was very attentive and caring. Onsen was really nice and relaxing.

Amazing hotel, stayed at the traditional room, very comfy and clean. Staff is lovely, very tasty breakfast and tea ceremony is highly recommended. The area is nice, a lot of little cafes around and there is 24/7 supermarket around the corner. Great place to come back to after exploring Tokyo as the area is nice and quiet.
