The value for money. The "capsules" are somehow very comfortable and noise isolation is decent. People is respectful and toilets were always clean.

Hotelul este la 3 minute de mers de statia telegondolei si corabiei. Am fost doi adulti si un bebe de 16 luni, si el a primit kit de ingrijire cu papucei de copilasi si yukata de copii.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. We had an incredible stay. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and there are plenty of amenities and hotel events to take part in, for example we attended a matcha tea ceremony. The dinner and breakfast buffet were out of this world, some of the best food we had in Japan and the hotel also upgraded our room after finding out we were on our honeymoon. Truly an amazing stay!
