Hotel Staff. On our trip from airport, we forgot out backpacks in the train (Narita Express). Hotel staff, connected to JR lost and found office, our lost items were found on the train's final station (Ofuna). Staff members gave me the route how to reach Ofuna station and numbers of our claims. One hour later our backpacks were successfully recovered!

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Loved three onsen. The outdoor one was so peaceful and relaxing. The views from the room were amazing. We wanted to stay more days!!

Feel really comfortable there, the vibes, and you can always meet different people travel from difference places and greet to each other, relax or having dinner in the lobby area, and you feel you are in traditional Japanese home and that's why we'd like to experience in Japan. The Onsen is nice too, food is not bad as well, and super nice staffs there.

Clean and big room - very traditional old Japanese style Ryokan; exactly what we have been looking for. Great location too. The staff was fantastic, providing us with tips for the neighbourhood and some interesting Japanese coffee jelly. There is free coffee, tea and water as well at all times. Be sure to reserve breakfast at least a day in advance. We missed it and unfortunately could not get a taste of it (though it looked fantastic).

Featuring a terrace with views of Lake Ashi, Hakone・Ashinoko Hanaori offers a soothing hot spring bath and sauna. The property is situated a 2-minute walk from Togendai Station on Hakone Ropeway. Nice view, personal onsen at own room, spacious, nice foods and drinks (free flow of wine).

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Really relaxed and not super particular. At the same time, a top class Ryokan with excellent food, service, rooms and private onsens. Also tons of old videogames and manga.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Was relaxing and the staff was wonderful

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Onsen was great, and the room was very large. Lovely experience, and something different than the usual hotel you stay in when on holidays.

Khai trương vào tháng 06/2013, The Edo Sakura cung cấp phòng nghỉ trong căn nhà phố Machiya theo phong cách Nhật Bản. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They know English and are willing to help you with anything. They clean the room and give you new towels every day. The toilet is the normal western one, not the Japanese futuristic one but that's ok. The futons are very comfortable. The train station is very close and they have a convenient store close by.

Homely rooms with mountain views, free Wi-Fi and a private bath await guests at Villa Revage, 350 metres from Nikko Botanical Garden. Property offered a wonderful breakfast of a variety of breads and drinks (maximum 6 per person), it was delicious! Very close to bus stop 13 which gets you to the JR station quickly. It’s a 15 minute walk to Lawson in case you need snacks. Hospitality was awesome! We really appreciated the kindness staff had to offer. The private Onsen was awesome!! TATTOOS ARE FINE!
