We had a large apartment with all modern facilities provided for 7 days. We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

We booked Japanese tradition room which has one king size bed and a tatami that can fit another 3, we are a family of 4 so it's very comfortable. You can eat or enjoy tea time on the tatami! The room was also very clean and staff are very friendly! Free self laundry is another bonus! 2 subway stations nearby and walking distance to Nishiki market. Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

There is also a guide for guests regarding wifi, hot water in the shower, etc., which was very helpful. Overall, it was one of our favourite places to stay during our trip!

It's easy access pretty much the popular spots in Osaka as well as establishments you need for essentials like convenience stores, supermarkets, a Donki, and even hole-in-the-wall restaurants.. And having Shinsekai just a few steps away is good, too. And the view of the Tsutenkaku Tower was pretty. We also liked the seamless process of checking in and out but when you need anything—like we did when we had to forward our luggage to our next hotel—the staff at the office was super helpful. The wonderful lady who assisted us was kind, nice, and affable and just exuded a good energy. She was keen to help. Sadly I didn't get her name but she was incredible. The rest of the staff was nice, too.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get a whole appartment to yourself. the appartment has everything you need and more. the location is great, a 3 minute walk to the closest train/metro station. I'd recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Kyoto but doesn't want to stay in the city center. There's a 7/11 very closeby.
