My party had mechanical failure with one of our bikes when we arrived in the middle of a snow storm, and Ono-san went completely above and beyond to help us solve the problem and get where we wanted to go. Absolutely loved how the walls, bed frames and literally almost everything was made of wood. A very warm feeling. Walkable from Kochi station, it's location is also convenient

She went above and beyond in helping me with my onwards travel. She is a very caring person. I will definitely be back!
