The housekeeping team were very friendly! The male staff member on site who helped us with check-in and check-out was super polite and helpful! Him and the other male staff member also helped us send our luggage to the next city we’re staying in 😊

We really appreciated getting walked through the onsen etiquette and what to know for our stay in general when we checked in. The onsen was so relaxing including different pools and sauna and liked that the men and women switch each day and they have long hours so got to experience both. Loved the yukatas! Recommend getting a massage and including food.
