The host was very sociable and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We had a lovely evening chatting to him and other guests and he recommended a local bakery and cafe which were both superb. He also arranged transport to the station on departure (too much luggage!).

It was absolutely exceptional, from the food, to the staff, to the service and hot springs, everything was simply immaculate. You cannot get any better than this.

Relatively close to the station and the facilities were nice. My favorite part, however, was talking with the staff. Everyone, staff and other guests, was super nice and understanding making it my favorite part of my Japan trip so far. Especially how it was a great chance to meet lots of new people from all over Japan and the world and practice my Japanese with everyone working there. I would highly recommend!
