They did their very best to help us to our room, tell us about the hotel, how the traditional Japanese style rooms worked, where we could go dine in the area and much more. They even drove us to the harbour when we were leaving the island. We only wish we had stayed one more might at this hotel. The breakfast was quite good as well, and a motherly staff member explained everything in detail here as well, as how to enjoy the food the best way possible and more. We're definently coming back.

The staff also advised us several restaurants options for dinner, and it was indeed very nice places as well. The same staff advised/helped us with a ferry route between Miyajima to Matsuyama.
