He was so friendly and did a great job! Breakfast and dinner were incredibly tasty. You must visit the rooftop foot spa on a clear day, for a spectacular view of Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake. Convenient location, free shuttle from/to Kawaguchiko station, room and public onsen were incredibly clean, got to enjoy karaoke and I highly recommend the private bath with the view of Mt Fuji.

The most exceptional service I've ever seen (and I've traveled 40 countries so I know what I am talking about)! The place is a bit out-dated but it has its own charm and the quality of service and attention is simply next level! Great view from the room, food quality is amazing and meals are very big and diverse! They offer transfer to/from train station as well as drive where you need in the morning when you go sightseeing, which is highly appreciated! Onsen area is small but has a nice view (women's section) and you get to wear a beautiful yukata they prepare you in the room. Japanese futons (bed) are very comfortable even though you need to get used to it after Western bed.

A Truly Special Traditional Ryokan Experience at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono We stayed at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono, a beautiful traditional Japanese ryokan located near Lake Kawaguchiko, and it was a truly special experience. We booked two rooms — one was a newer, modern villa-style suite in a separate area, which was absolutely lovely. The other room, for three adults, was located in the main building and was more traditional and a bit older in style. Each room includes a private onsen, which was a real highlight. Soaking in the hot spring bath after a long day of exploring was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. The main building has a cozy lounge with complimentary hot and cold drinks, available throughout the day — a very nice touch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, offering some of the best service we encountered in Japan. Breakfast was served in a traditional Japanese-style dining room. Since we don’t eat fish, the staff kindly arranged a Western-style breakfast for us the next morning without any issue. Overall, this was a unique and memorable experience, blending warm hospitality, traditional charm, and modern comfort. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and authentic stay near Mount Fuji.

The holiday home with a balcony and quiet street views features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was an incredible location just a couple minutes off the main road, with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The location was quiet and the house had plenty of space, along with a nice bathroom and a balcony.

A recently renovated property, 富士吉田たまきや is set in Fujiyoshida near Fuji-Q Highland, Oshijuutaku Togawa and Osano’s House. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 6.6 km from Lake Kawaguchi. The house is very clean. There are two toilets, one at level 1 another at level 2. The bathing facility is at level 1. At first , we were shocked to see the stairs… but we just left the luggage at level 1 and do our laundry everything at level 1. It even comes with heater at the laundry area. The washing machine and dryer are working really good. The mattress and blankets are so comfortable in this winter. The location is so convenient , McDonald with a great view of Mount Fuji is just opp down the road. Daiso and onsen are just next door.
