Luke a luxury apartment. Every detail from the choice of ceramic tableware to the tatami flooring made it a very special experience. But for the clumsy person as everything is quite precious, paper screens and pale flooring. The bath and shower are musical and the Japanese toilet a luxurious experience.

The Shiroyama Terrace Tsuyama Villa ligger i Tsuyama, 2 minutters gang fra Tsuyama Wonder Museum, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Beautiful! Nice room. Onsen was amazing. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast even better! Staff was exceptional.

The facilities were exceptional with a nice LARGE bath, plenty of room and a fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very caring and filled the fridge with delicious local food, including the legendary Okayama Pione grape. Will come again next time we need to stay at Okayama!

滔々 御崎 町家の宿 toutou Onzaki Machiya no Yado ligger i Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter-distriktet Kurashiki, tæt på Shinkei-en. Her er en have, gratis wi-fi og vaskemaskine. We loved this house. It's in a perfect location in the Bikan Historical Quarter. It's easy to find. The staff welcome you in the toutou Gallery and provide information for your stay. The actual house was beautiful, traditional but still modern. There are all the amenities you could possibly require! The fruits provided for the breakfast were so delicious! It really is a wonderful place to stay. We didn't want to leave!

Panda Stay Okayama ligger i Okayama, kun mindre end 1 km fra Shimoishii Park. Her er gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Great location and it was wonderful having the washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable.

We had a great stay at toranjyo lit, a traditional ryokan house. It is simple but has everything you need and it’s very charming. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, giving us tips how to structure our nioshima/teshima trip and picking us up from the bus stop.

Ryori Ryokan Tsurugata ligger i det historiske kvarter Kurashiki Bikan og tilbyder indkvartering i japansk stil i en historisk bygning fra Edo-perioden. This was a very special place to stay- I think possibly the best hosted experience I have ever had. It is a traditional ryokan and so I expected the courteous welcome and the room to be laid out with a futon while I ate, as well as a lovely ‘ofuro’ bath. However my expectations were exceeded because the staff gave a truly warm and welcoming, homely service - I really felt as if I were a guest in someone’s home. Everything was explained in detail so that I could appreciate the flowers, the history of the town, best places to visit, the local art gallery (they even have local artwork in the hotel) and of course the ‘Kaiseki Ryori’ (formal many course meal). I was quite sad to leave. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt like a ‘respected guest’ - thank you so much!

Very spacious, stylish, clean, and comfortable! It was a great place to stay with friends. There was a game room with a lot of board games for us to enjoy as well. Would definitely stay here again!
