Chekako and Karena were exceptionally attentive snd welcoming to us. They treated us to a personal New Year’s celebration too.

The team clearly puts in noticeable effort to make every guest feel at ease, appreciated, and at home.

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet. This is my third visit to this Ryokan in 10 years and I'm sure I will be back. Love the rooms, the location, the staff.

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. Everything was great, amazing hospitality, perfect location. Very clean

The host was super friendly and willing to help with anything. It is an actual apartment fully equipped with all the necessary ( microwave, stove, washing machine etc). It is well-decorated and comfy.

This was our favourite accommodation in Japan. It's so clean and easy to access. They have bikes free to use and the price is amazing. We loved our stay here so much and their attention to detail. They give you a little bag to welcome you with sweets and treats. Also the room with the futon beds is also a great way to start your trip in Japan. You sleep on a tamati mat too. Section L Hamamatsucho cung cấp chỗ nghỉ cho khách được trang bị điều hòa tại trung tâm Tokyo, nằm cách Hibiya Shrine 9 phút đi bộ, Shinbashi Shiogama Shrine chưa đến 1 km và Seishoji Temple 15 phút... Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for our 11-day trip. While we had the smallest studio available (booking.com did not seem to have any other sizes listed), it was decent bearing in mind Japanese hotel room sizes, and clean and well laid out. Kitchen was very well equipped, with ample cutlery, crockery and even bakeware. Friendly and responsive staff, even had a large amount of adapters and umbrellas for us to borrow. Soundproofing was also very good, we were not even aware that there were other guests on our floor until we bumped into them at the elevator. There was some repair work going on in the corridors but frankly we could not hear a thing! What I was very pleasantly surprised about was how convenient the location was; coffee and bakeries literally two doors down, more convenience stores than I could count within a 150m radius, and two very well linked stations barely 2 minutes' walk from the property. It was also a pleasant 25 minute walk to main Ginza, for those who want to enjoy some night life without worrying about extortionate taxi rides home (metro stops running before half past midnight). All in all, would definitely recommend the hotel for couples on busy trips who want a safe and relaxed, but well linked place to stay.

The room was perfect for a family of four as it had sufficient bed space, toilet, and cleaning space, which included a washing machine. There was also a small kitchenet! However, what made the experience exceptional was the kind and friendly staff. They were so helpful in all aspects! I would come back here again purely because the staff left such a great impression on me! A sincere thank you to all the staff members again for your kindness and helpfulness.
