The room was so nice, everyone was so kind and friendly. The breakfast is a MUST, Absolutely delicious and affordable. Very near a metro station so it's very convenient.

I had the pleasure of staying at ZAITO Kikukawa SRS Apartment, and it was nothing short of amazing. This newly built apartment offers the perfect combination of modern amenities, comfort, and convenience, making it ideal for my short-term stay. Location: The apartment is situated in a vibrant yet quiet neighborhood, offering easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants, as well as walking distance to some beautiful gardens. It’s well-connected to the city center, making it a great base for exploring Tokyo. The Apartment: The apartment is beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. The layout is thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would need, and the bathroom is sleek and functional. This was our favourite accommodation in Japan. It's so clean and easy to access. They have bikes free to use and the price is amazing. We loved our stay here so much and their attention to detail. They give you a little bag to welcome you with sweets and treats. Also the room with the futon beds is also a great way to start your trip in Japan. You sleep on a tamati mat too. Thank you so much Ici Japon Village if we are ever back in Tokyo we will stay here ❤️😍

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for our 11-day trip. While we had the smallest studio available (booking.com did not seem to have any other sizes listed), it was decent bearing in mind Japanese hotel room sizes, and clean and well laid out. Kitchen was very well equipped, with ample cutlery, crockery and even bakeware. Friendly and responsive staff, even had a large amount of adapters and umbrellas for us to borrow. Soundproofing was also very good, we were not even aware that there were other guests on our floor until we bumped into them at the elevator. There was some repair work going on in the corridors but frankly we could not hear a thing! What I was very pleasantly surprised about was how convenient the location was; coffee and bakeries literally two doors down, more convenience stores than I could count within a 150m radius, and two very well linked stations barely 2 minutes' walk from the property. It was also a pleasant 25 minute walk to main Ginza, for those who want to enjoy some night life without worrying about extortionate taxi rides home (metro stops running before half past midnight). All in all, would definitely recommend the hotel for couples on busy trips who want a safe and relaxed, but well linked place to stay.
