It was truly a stunning location that left me with an indescribable feeling. The walk there was breathtaking, and everything was so clean and beautiful. The hosts were incredibly sweet and welcoming! As a first-time solo traveler who was quite anxious, I was amazed at how the environment instantly put me at ease. They were also so helpful in planning my time/transportation in Nanto, making my experience even more enjoyable and stress free. I felt so comfortable and cozy that I don’t even remember falling asleep after my long day of exploring :) The food was also absolutely delicious, and I was genuinely sad to leave.

The inn-keeper, Satoe, is the absolute kindest, sweetest host you could ask for. She made us incredibly welcome and comfortable (despite rolling in with two kids and a baby!) and even brought sparklers and small fireworks for the girls to play with one night. The area surrounding is beautiful, including a little restaurant we could walk to and beautiful villages and a lovely onsen within a short drive. The location is great for visiting this region, and even farther afield destinations, like Kanazawa on the north coast, felt quite accessible from here by car.

Extremamente acolhedor tivemos a sorte de estarmos sozinhos no hotel então não compartilhamos o banheiro, mas mesmo que seja necessário compartilhar, tenho certeza que seria uma experiência incrível. Vivenciamos uma casa tipicamente japonesa, um banho delicioso e refeição muito bem feita. Ofereceram botas para andarmos na neve e no final ainda recebemos uma carona até o ponto de ônibus. Foram extremamente corteses.

In the morning the breakfast was served at time. It was tasty. The room was spacious and really comfy. The place was neat and tidy. Thanks for all you are a great host

Marna family - Vacation STAY 69396v apresenta acomodações em Takaoka, a 47 km de Jardim Kenrokuen, 20 km de Estação Ferroviária de Toyama e 25 km de Toyama-kō. Modern, spacious, and clean property. Great value for money, and a quite unique offering for families in the area of Takaoka. I expect coming back 2-3 times annually.

古民家柚子季 encontra-se em Tonami, a 41 km de Castelo Kanazawa e a 41 km de Jardim Kenrokuen. The place is really great, the combination of old japanese home vibe and futuristic facilities. We got free delicious handmade ice-cream. Love the yogibo❤️

越中城端 荒町庵 encontra-se em Nanto, a 29 km de Castelo Kanazawa e 29 km de Jardim Kenrokuen, numa área onde pode desfrutar de ciclismo. Fantastic authentic Japanese house with moving walls and tea room. From outside it looks magnificent. Across the street, nice small holly place and the Grand Temple is few minutes from there.

ゲストハウス山吹 situa-se em Toyama, a 6,9 km de Estação Ferroviária de Toyama e a 13 km de Toyama-kō. Beautiful little house, very spacious for two people and good value. Our host Mizuho was extremely helpful with information, leaving us little surprise snacks and even driving us to Toyama station when we checked out. The house is 15-20 minutes way from the main cbd/Toyama Station, so you need to get a local bus if you don’t have a car. But there are helpful instructions at the property, and we found it a bit of an adventure to catch the bus. Also you get lovely views of the mountains when walking in the neighbourhood, which you don’t get in the cbd. Also recommend the Yakatori restaurant near the house. Cosy vibe and delicious food.
