Very comfortable apartment unit located in a large villa with a total of four separate apartments. The villa is within a gated area and only a few minutes walk to the beach through another secured gate. Ali welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know including about Diani beach sites. Ali had also arranged for a chef who prepared breakfast for us which we had on the terrace. Within walking distance to several restaurants including along the beach and a couple of supermarkets. Otherwise Ubers and Tuktuks available right outside the gate.

Even though we arrived very late, someone was there to welcome us, hand us the keys, and explain everything clearly. Every morning a lovely lady prepared fresh breakfast for us, and the place was always clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach is just a 10–15 minute walk, and the nearest supermarket is about 7 minutes away. The staff were incredibly kind. If you’re staying in Watamu and want to relax and enjoy your time, this is a place I can recommend. Absolutely worth it!

Our room was very spacious and it had AC plus fans (bedroom and balcony) which helped a lot because it was super hot outside. There is also a pool with sunbeds for the guests. The breakfast is in a buffet form so you can pick whatever you like and there is also a bar with drinks and tapas in case you get hungry. Staff was super friendly and helpful ❤️

Great host, friendly staff, and it's just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The houses are equipped with all essential kitchen equipment if you're into cooking. It's also just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Electricity is metered, but you get about 30 units included when you book a house. We used less than 10 during our stay, so it’s more than sufficient. Highly recommend this place for all your Diani adventures.
