The location is fantastic – close to all the activities, and if you want to head to the city, they can easily take you there. Plus, the Wi-Fi is great! His wife made delicious food and Esaro arranged a fantastic day and evening tour for us. We were lucky enough to be there on the last day of the New Year celebration in which we joined the community celebration. The accomodations are rustic and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay here is you are looking for a unique Cambodia experience. Esaro’s partner, whose name I can’t remember now, brought us to so many interesting places and shared a lot of information with us. He was also ready with cold water all day for us. Very comfortable accommodation, nestled in a beautiful garden - nature is everywhere, including frogs, squirrels, and birds. It was refreshing to get away from the standard accommodation options. The bungalows are outside "downtown" Battambang, but there's plenty of places at which to eat and drink in the evening that are only a short tuktuk ride away. Breakfast at the bungalows was the perfect way to start the day - I would come again just for the coffee!
