Room very spacious, high ceilings clean tidy , towels toilet rolls and toiletries provided . Bed was comfortable. Kettle and cups provided . Fridge , washing machine and cooking facilities outside the room . Breakfast was included, omelette , baguettes and fruit .We ate at the property on an evening , cooked by the family ,they were the best we have in Cambodia . Mr Bun is very busy but always contactable and replies straight away . His friend Nicky is a great tour guide .His brother in law kamera full of information on local cultures . We were made so welcome and wouldn't hesitate to stay again .

What I enjoyed the most was Saro’s hospitality and the location (10-15 min from Battambang, in the nature). My bungalow was rudimentary inside (just a mattress on the floor, with some nice decoration and a well-needed fan though) and a desk to keep my thinks but, sincerely, I did not miss anything and I think that this is what made the charm of the place). I also had a private terrasse, which was more furnished (with 2 fans and a nice view), on which I would rest and chill. I also appreciated the possibility of taking the bike for free. Saro’s family was very nice too.

Very comfortable accommodation, nestled in a beautiful garden - nature is everywhere, including frogs, squirrels, and birds. It was refreshing to get away from the standard accommodation options. The bungalows are outside "downtown" Battambang, but there's plenty of places at which to eat and drink in the evening that are only a short tuktuk ride away. Breakfast at the bungalows was the perfect way to start the day - I would come again just for the coffee!

At the villa complex, each unit has air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathrobes and slippers. Some units have a balcony and/or a patio with pool or garden views. All units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. This is a lovely quiet place great for relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful and they spoke very good English so communication was easy. The bed was comfortable. It was nice having a fully stocked small kitchenette including small gas cooker, fridge and kettle to make coffee and cook breakfasts. We enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons - because it's covered its nice and cool and you don't get sunburnt. We hired a scooter which made getting around easy - it's a bit too far (and too hot) to walk into the centre of town.

But mostly I liked the kindness of the owner Mr Sarin who was always very responsive and helped us book a tour with Yo (super recommended), contacted the bus company for free pick up and let us use the shower on departure day.

They can arrange tuktuks to go around. The room is done up tastefully and is super clean and neat. The host was very warm and kind too. They have motorbikes and cycles for rent as well.
