The house is cozy and peaceful, and I felt completely safe and welcomed the entire time. She even waited for me to return from a night stroll to make sure I got back safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and hospitality. I left feeling truly cared for. Highly recommended!

My sister and I stayed at Okyeon Jeongsa Pavilion beggining of April and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right across the river from Andong’s folk village, surrounded by nature and blooming cherry trees. The room was very comfortable, with traditional futons on the floor, and everything was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a highlight: a delicious traditional Korean meal served in a private room. The host, a descendant of the original family in the 16th generation, was very welcoming. A unique and memorable stay!

With city views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The guest house has family rooms. It is right in the heart of the center with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room I stayed was still on a bigger side for a traditional Hanok setting. The host is very sweet and the breakfast from his wife was very delicious and nutritional. Highly recommended!

Around it there are some nice restaurants and it is close to good transport and sightseeing options. Comfortable and clean bed. Good hot water. Nothing went missing.

It's clean, safe and cozy. The best part is experiencing the traditional way of living. The owner gave us a lot of tips about the surroundings and we had some delightful conversations :) Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic hanok living with a personal touch!
