Pequeno almoço muito bom. A senhora que nos recebeu não falava muito inglês mas isso não impediu de ter uma ótima comunicação :)

I loved this place - I wish I could stay longer! It's in the perfect spot of Jeonju, in the hanok village area but close to the river and the hill. The garden is just beautiful and the space is fantastic! The bed is incredibly comfortable and the neighbourhood is so quiet at night. Highly recommend!

Coffee and water are a available and the location is very convenient to explore the village.

The location is in the middle of Hanok Village, a traditional Korean village. This allows you to tour the area and experience the culture right outside your accommodation without needing to travel by bus or taxi. The host is exceptionally friendly and speaks English quite well. I requested a late-night check-in and did not expect the host to be there; however, they waited for us and guided us on how to use the facilities. I also requested to extend my stay for one more night, and the staff kindly helped us move our luggage to a new room because the one we were staying in had already been booked by someone else.

Much assistance for our continent. They also show kindness to my son. The room was exactly as clean as it appeared in the booking.com photo. The location is excellent. Not to noisy for tourist but still can walk to Jeonju hanok village just a short distance. They provided coffee, kimchi, and bread with jam for breakfast. I appreciate this place so much. I'll come back to stay here in Jeonju. Wish both of owners are healthy.

Faltam palavras para descrever essa experiência fantástica. O lugar é lindo, tudo extremamente limpo e cheiroso. Localização perfeita. Lee é um lord, daqueles anfitriões fantásticos. Sempre prestativo e proativo. Esperávamos passar por uma experiência mais precária, por ser um Hanok (casa tradicional coreana), mas não teve nada disso, foi magnífico, superou e muito nossas expectativas. Se um dia voltarmos em Jeonju, ficaremos no hanok do Lee novamente. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

It was our first Hanok experience and the most memorable part of our 8-day trip in Korea! As other reviews have pointed out, the location is perfect and the owner is friendly. I can’t say enough great things about the owner, Mr. Choi. We learned that he is a retired banker. He is super organized, attentive, and helpful. After he knew that my wife is a K-drama fan, he immediately marked a few famous filming locations on the map. In addition, there was a water cooler in his office, and it helped a lot for us to get hot drinking water on cold days. His wife is also a friendly lady, and we tried to communicate via the translation apps! This kind of interactions with locals really enriched our experience. We had never slept on the floor before, but we were glad that we got used to it, with the help of extra pillows! I can’t find words to describe the wonder of lying on the heated floor and feeling the heat warming into my body through my back. I guess this is Koreans’ secret to stay healthy! Since we stayed for two nights, we had enough time to visit all the major attractions (and great restaurants and cafes!) without feeling rushed. I especially enjoyed walking around the old town late at night or early in the morning, when the day-trippers were gone and it seemed that you had Jeonju all to yourself! Sungsim Hanok Guesthouse situa-se em Jeonju, a 5 minutos a pé de Aldeia de Jeonju Hanok e a alguns passos de Donghak Peasant Revolution Memorial Hall. It’s very cozy and clean room in traditional house hanok. Although it’s tiny it’s absolutely enough for comfortable nice sleeping. Actually I didn’t sleep so well long time! Crickets’s songs outside are very nice for sweet dreams! And owner is very very kind and nice, they prepared welcome drink, breakfast with coffee and fruits and even gave me some snacks for a way !!! Thank you!
