The room was clean and comfortable. Ngoc is a wonderful person and does a fabulous job taking care of you while you stay there. She will take care of everything for you, whether that's related to your stay, teaching a cooking class, or booking tuktuks, drivers, tours, or travel. She arranged an afternoon tour of nearby waterfalls and then a visit the next day to Vat Phou with a trip to Wat Phao Salao (climb up the 630 steps) on the way back. The food was delicious and filling. It was so easy to relax here. Highly recommend staying here. It is away from the center, but getting a tuktuk back and forth isn't a problem.

Of the area it was to us the best — a pristine pool and a nice shaded area on the river for watching the sunset. Breakfasts were generous and the staff super helpful (with excellent English). We walked to the two different waterfalls on different days, and it’s easy to pop over the bridge to Don Det. Lots of restaurants in the area, too. Dry relaxing
